A hinged cassette facade is a set of brackets and guides from aluminum, which are attached by a special fastener element. Brackets using anchors join the outer wall. Further, using a special fastening, the insulation of stone cotton wool is mounted to the wall. There should be no gaps between the boots of cotton, their adjoining to each other and to the wall should be dense. Then, to protect against weathering and air flows, the insulation is closed with a special windproof membrane. After that, the structural elements are attached to the brackets with special mounts. After the frame is ready and the insulation is attached to its place – a hinged protective screen is installed.
If the system of facade cassettes is used, then the lower part of one cassette is placed in the castle simultaneously with the upper part of the other cassette. In this case, the upper cassette is attached to the guide either rivets or self -tapping screws.
Since the strongest wind loads are on the outer corners of buildings, you need to pay special attention to their insulation with foam.
To ensure fire safety around window and balcony openings, a special edge of sheet steel is installed.
