Every building starts with a foundation. The foundation is the basis of any construction. Depending on climatic conditions and the scale of the building, all foundations can be ground and deep. Ground foundations are built for small, lightweight timber structures or temporary buildings that do not have a large load on the foundation. For such purposes, simple temporary foundation structures are used without a large recess in the ground. For construction, you will need construction and welding equipment, which you can buy on the website at competitive prices.
As ground foundations, boulder stone is most often used, which is processed to a more or less rectangular shape and placed around the entire perimeter of the building on cement mortar. If a heavy brick house or a house made of cement blocks is being built, then the foundation begins with digging a trench at least a meter deep, into which a stone-sand cushion is poured and poured with monolithic concrete with vertical reinforcement with iron or polystyrene rod with a cross section of at least 25mm. Welded reinforcing cubic meshes are installed in vertical shafts at all corners of the building.
The horizontal plane of the monolithic foundation is reinforced horizontally with the same cubic grids welded from an iron rod, which are laid on a stone cushion and poured with a concrete solution. This entire process of reinforcing the foundation is carried out within the foundation formwork, which is constructed from wooden boards with a cross section of at least 40 mm, reinforced with vertical and horizontal rails and slopes into a solid frame for pouring concrete mortar.
